Inclusion criteria: patients with heart failure who were hospitalized in Kumamoto University Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not meet diagnostic criteria for non-ischemic heart failure Severe valvular disease Active infection diseases History of malignancy End stage of chronic kidney diseases
