Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive patients with preoperative clinical stage I to IIIA NSCLC who underwent lung resection at Nagasaki University Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: comorbid conditions in preoperation severe postoperative complications pneumonectomy, or had a history of thoracic surgery.

6-minute walk distance within 2 days prior to surgery and within the first 7 days postoperatively.
