Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who could not be done awake craniotomy,Patient who withdrewed consent for this study

MeasureTime frame
Number of patients who complainted of pain(headache) during awake phase.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Complications of awake phase:hypertension(blood pressure),vomiting,seizure,hypercapnea,restlessness, airway trouble,hypoxia,etc.) The failure rate and number of scalp blocks at patients awaking.
