Inclusion criteria: Patients in our hospital visit at the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus Patients who refuse to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to participate in this study Patient who can not clearly visualize both sides of the fundus due to monocular or cataract

Comparison of diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy with mydriatic fundus examination performed in internal medicine and mydriasis fundus examination performed in ophthalmology
