Inclusion criteria: 1. The obesity patients undergoing weight-loss surgery. 2. Patients who agreed to study participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with antibiotic use within 1 month. 2. patients who take amino acids supplements. 3. patients with disorders of branched-chain amino acid metabolism 4. patients who participate other clinical intervention studies within 4 months.
