Target diseases: patients with oral cancer and patients with xerostomia (the standard of xerostomia is 2 g / 2 minutes or less in Saxon test saliva secretion) 3. Age: over 20 years old 4. Gender: male / female 5. Patient who obtained written agreement with the free will of the research subject himself after sufficient explanation for participation in this research.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We analyze immune complex in saliva and identify antigen protein that is not recognized in patients with xerostomia and is specifically detected in oral cancer patients. In addition, we investigate whether specific ones of the antigen proteins are characteristic of patients who have cervical lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis.
