Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent open heart surgery 2.Child(0-15 years old) 3.Cases in which written informed consent was obtained from the substitute

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency case 2.Univentricular heart 3.Fontan candidate 4. Cases who died in 7 days after surgery 5. Cases who could not take BBG-01 for 7 days before surgery 6.Allegy for milk, potato, and corn 7.Associated with gastrointestinal disease 8. Cases in which the doctor judged that the registration in this study is inappropriate
