Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: genetically proven type1 myotonic dystrophy chronic alveolar hypoventilation SpO2<94% and/or PaCO2>45Torr nocturnal desaturation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe internistic pre-existing conditions
