Inclusion criteria: Patients underwent otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: genetic disorder, severe respiratory disease, 100 percent pacemaker dependency, central nervous system disease, analgesic common use for chronic pain, malignant tumors in otolaryngology field
