Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 65 years and older Japanese speaker Adequate visual and auditory acuity to complete neuropsychological testing Willingness to participate in the entirety of study Willingness and ability to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dementia diagnosis Inability to use accelerometer or booklet due to cognitive decline Any significant systemic illness or unstable medical condition Sever disability
