Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergo screening esophagogastroduodenoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)without informed consent 2)already detected duodenal neoplasm 3)past history of upper GI surgery 4)severe mental status 5)inproper indication judged by doctor
