Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Heart failure patients with moderate-severe sleep apnea (apnea-hypopnea index 10 or higher)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who need oxygen or any respiratory support 2. patients who are pregnant 3. dialysis

MeasureTime frame
Changes of sleep apnea severity, laboratory data, echocardiography findings and fluid shift volume following intervention.
