Inclusion criteria: 1)Age older than 20 2)PAOD Rutherford Category 2-5 3)ABI lower than 0.9 4)Atheroscleritic lesion by DUS,CTA or MRA 5)calcified lesion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)common femoral artery lesion 2)thrombotic lesion 3)anastasis of bypass graft
