Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) The person who works in the medical office with a perinatal cooperation hospital, a general perinatal medical center, a local perinatal medical center, university hospital, a mother's milk loanword. (b) Person (having "level III" certification or not does not matter.who can judge that either of "level I, II, III" has an ability for obstetrical practice skill stage (clinical ladder) by oneself Person) that the nurse follows this standard. (c) The person who can secure a study entry possibility day at the time of a study entry application for two days (d) A person with the experience that affected mother's milk child care support targeting at the mother and the child of more than 5 latter term premature infants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) The person who works in facilities carrying out only pregnant woman medical examination in the obstetrics facilities which do not handle delivery, an assistant delivery room. (b) The managerial class (divisional commander, vice-divisional commander, chief). (c) The person who plans a leave of absence from duty and the retirement before scheduled educational program enforcement date. (d) The person who is authorized by international authorized Lactation consultant. (e) The person with the plan to participate in educational program about mother's milk child care support of LPIs within three months. (f) The one where I cannot access in a distant place by educational program start time
