Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1).Insureds and their dependents enrolled in both claims and Specific Health Checkups databases. 2). Those who are at age of 40 to 74 as of March 31 at each fiscal year taken Specific Health Checkups. 3). Those who fulfilled criteria of CKD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who underwent renal replacement therapy before starting follow-up.
