Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The patients have a chronic disease,and need taking medicine routinely. 2) Age between 2 - 8 years old at the time of informed consent. 3) The patient without swallowing disorder. 4) The patients who can be obtained informed consent by their guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Any drug allergy. 2) Subjects who are inadequate for enrollment judged by the investigators
