Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary liver cancer or decompensated cirrhosis who were admitted to hospitals which participate in the National Clinical Database

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are hospitalized for reasons other than treatment for liver cancer or cirrhosis are excluded
