Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases of elective lung resection of lung cancer under one lung ventilation anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Renal dysfunction (Serum creatinine>1.3mg/dL), history of non-steroidal antiinflammatory agent allergy, history of asthma
