Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)healthy but physically inactive (2)those who can perform stretching exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)people whose physical activity, which is determined by the questionnaire (International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short-Version), exceeds 500 METs x minutes/week.
