Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients (over 20 years old) with 3-4 or 4 degrees of TR in echocardiography 2. Patients who are able to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with active infectious endocarditis
