Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) in our hospital between 2004 and 2018 who had developed ARDS following surgery for intra-abdominal infection and who had undergone lung CT on admission to the ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with mechanical ventilation management less than 72 hours 2) Pediatric patients under 15 years of age
