Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing unilateral open wedge distal tuberosity osteotomy(OWDTO)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for Hybrid Closed wedge high tibial osteotomy combined with implant removal. 2.Patients who had allergy for tranexiamic acid
