Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The males younger 30 years old or over 20 years old at the time of this study. The person that an agreement is a document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A person with the past, the merger of the disease orthopedic in gastrocnemius muscle or an Achilles' tendon A person with the lower leg operated. A person has a relationship with the researcher. A person who the researcher admitted inappropriate to carry out this study.

range of motion of ankle dorsiflexion, muscle stretngth of planter flexion, and backgraounds of paricipants.
