Conditions

Men and women aged from 30 to 70 without a critical disease such as diabetes mellitus and having BMI less than 30.

Interventions

After measuring of fasting blood glucose levels of volunteers, they ingest bonito dashi (150 ml). After 30 min later, the volunteer&#39
s blood glucose levels are measured again. Then, they eat cooked and packaging rice (295 kcal). After eating the rice, their blood glucose levels are measured with 15~30 min intervals up to 150 min.

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy male and female volunteers 2.From 30 to 70 years of age 3.Be able to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria: With a critical disease such as diabetes mellitus
