Inclusion criteria: Patients with 10mm or more SSA/P

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inflammatory bowel diseases 2. Hb < 9 g/dl 3. PT-INR > = 3 4. Pregnant women 5. Patients with severe heart/kidney/liver diseases 6. Patients in disagreement with informed consent 7. Others
