Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The eligibility criteria included no chronic diseases, no eating disorder, singleton pregnancy, and until 12 weeks pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were obstetric or medical complications of pregnancy.
