Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with biliary tract lesions suspicious of malignancy The patients who was able to place ENBD or PTBD, and collect bile for cytology and cell block method

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age < 20 years The patients who was not able to place ENBD or PTBD The patients who was already diagnosed cytologically or histologically before this study Unwillingness to participate in this study The patients who are otherwise judged by the investigator to be ineligible to participate in the study
