Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who can keep an accelerometer during the research period (10 weeks)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Persons who are not self-reliant on walking and are restricted from doctor's daily activities 2) Persons who have exercise habits (exercise more than 30 minutes a day twice a week and continue for 1 year or more)
