Inclusion criteria: 1) patients who undergo endoscopic operation 2) written informed concent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who have a history of liver cirrhosis, are undergoing artificial dialysis, have other malignancies, and are using immunomodulatory drugs
