Inclusion criteria: Outpatient of diabetes/Hospitalized Diabetic patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy, High risk of falling, Psychiatry disease like depression, severe dementia, Those who are not judged appropriate by their doctor and Those who do not wish to participate in research
