Inclusion criteria: The nurses who work in the neurosurgicalward from May,2018 to October

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study partakers and the child care time acquisitor who are not concerned with discharge support

MeasureTime frame
Six months later, we conduct questionary survey about the discharge support if before flow chart induction and compare the discharge support behavior of the nurse.
