Inclusion criteria: Periodontitis, consisting of 1 wall intrabony defect, Class III furcation defect, or horizontal defect, with probing depths of 4 - 9 mm after the initial therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: maxillary Class III furcation
