Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult employees with average sleep time between 5.5h and 6.5h per day within a week. Subjects who recognize daytime brain fatigue or who feel their brains do not work well because of insufficient sleep.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are under treatment of insomnia, sleep disorder, sleep apnea syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, menoxenia and menopausal syndrome. Subjects who have a severe past medical history or patients who are suffering from sever disorder. Subjects who are considerably irregular daily rhythm, shift wokers and graveyard shift workers.
