Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age =or >20 2. unresectable malignant hilar obstruction 3. initial recurrent biliary obstruction after side-by-side self-expandable metal stenting 4. providing written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. liver abscess 2. ECOG Performance Status 4 3. prognosis less than 4 weeks 4. patients whose participation in the trial was judged to be inappropriate by the investigator
