A clinical psychologist performs a cognitive test, and then another staff member communicate with the elderly person and evaluates the conversational assessment of neurocognitive dysfunction (CANDy).

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65 years and caregivers who attend the department of psychiatry, University Hospital, Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine.
