Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with leakage or fistula after gastrointestinal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with general condition with pyothorax, panperitonitis and sepsis. Patients of necessary emergency operation.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Leakage or fistula is evaluated by contrast examination on the operation day, third day, a week later and a month later.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The term of disappearance of leakage, and fistula and cost including hospital charges, a medical care material and drug costs after treatment are calculated. We compare them between this endoscopic treatment and conventional conservative therapy and surgery.
