Elderly who requires nursing care

Interventions

Subjects will receive oral administration of 5 g gel including aroma component twice daily (10 g/day).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Oral hygiene condition: total number of oral bacteria > mean of healthy adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe disease 2) Swallowing is extremely difficult 3) Diagnosis of inappropriate by physician
