Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy volunteers No history of neurological and muscle disease in the past.(18-80 year old) 2.Patients diagnosed with orthopedics, neurology and rehabilitation departments. Spinal cord disease, peripheral neuropathy, motor neuron disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Minors 2.Dementia 3.The individuals who don't gree with the research
