Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent ECG gated myocardial perfusion SPECT and suspicious of ischemic heart diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases that cannot be analyzed reliably due to extra-cardiac activity Arrhythmia inappropriate for gating
