Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Body mass index (BMI) =<30. 2.Fasting plasma glucose levels are ranged from 70 to 126mg/dL. 3.Volunteer having screening test result and questionnaire result judged to be appropriate for this study by investigator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetes under medical treatment. 2.Volunteers taking supplements or foods that have an inhibitory effect on blood sugar elevation. 3.Volunteers having diseases (e.g. liver, kindney, heart, blood diseases, and infections requiring the notification) 4.Volunteers received gastrectomy, enterectomy, and gastro-intestinal diseases, judged to be inappropriate for this study. 5.Pregnant, women having the possibility, and lactating women. 6.Paticipants in other clinical trial. 7.Volunteers rejected participating in this study by chief investigator.
