Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 admission to ICU 2 age >=20 3 able to perform enteral nutrition 4 get the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 age <20 2 young female who can get pregnant 3 can not get the informed consent 4 the other inadequate patients
