Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We will cover PDR/DME patients (DM group) and other diseases patients without diabetes (non-DM group)who need surgical treatment of 20 years old and over which cooperation for hospitalization and examination was sufficiently obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases in which consent from the principal is not obtained
