Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Among patients referred to Sapporo City General Hospital for permanent pacemaker implantation due to bradycardia, those with a LVEF less than 50% and either PR prolongation (200 ms and more) or QRS prolongation (100 ms and more) are eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with an indication for cardiac resynchronization therapy are excluded.
