Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Tohoku university hospital Nursing Ability Development System acquired by level 2 or more (equivalent to 5 to 10 years clinical experience) 2.Nurse or midwife wishing to participate in the educational program 3.There is a recommendation of the belonging nurse president (after graduation has a qualification that can become a leader from the viewpoints of research practice and more than the in-hospital presentation, leadership, nursing practical skills etc.), participation permission was obtained Nurse or midwife 4.I have an intention to continue to participate for 2 years 5.Understand the outline of this research in writing, and agree with research cooperation
Exclusion criteria
