Inclusion criteria: Anesthesiologist who has a history of working in the following hospitals for over a year between January 1st, 2012 and December 31st, 2016: Gunma University Hospital, Isesaki Municipal Hospital, Gunma Chuo Hospital, and Saiseikai Maebashi Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anesthesiologist who refused to participate to the study
