Interventions

Intervention using the management tool for daily life performance in addition to normal Cardiac Rehabilitation for three months, once a week. Normal cardiac rehabilitation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with SDS score of 48 or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hospitalization that resulted from cardiac disease progression. Discontinuation of their Cardiac Rehabilitation program.
