Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with spinal muscular atrophy type 2 and 3 Informed consent to participate to the study is obtained from the parents age 2.5 years-

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients need tracheotomy or the mechanical ventilators for 24 hours Patients judged by the investigators to be inappropriate as study subjects
