Interventions

Contained 25 mg of ALA. Take 2 tablets once daily. Contained 50 mg of ALA. Take 2 tablets once daily. Supplements without ALA. Take 2 tablets once daily.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-60, at the time of sign the letter of consent. 2. Healthy adult 3. Those who gained written consent with free will after having sufficient explanation for participation in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are using medicines, external preparations, that are likely to affect the test results. 2. Those who judge that the research director is inappropriate as the research subject.
