Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients with scalp psoriasis (2)20 years of age or above (both men and women) (3)Patients switched topical medications or newly started using topical medications within 3 months from the start of the survey (4)Patients signed a written informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients judged by the investigator to be ineligible for the survey
