Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A covenience sample of eligible participants will be recruited from an interested academics in Faculty of Health Sciences

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Two exclusion criterai for the forcus group (intervention 1): 1) Staff witha mental health academic backgroud. 2) Staff out side of Health Sciences faculties will not be approached to partyicipate. No excludion criteria for the Educational intervention program (intervention 2).
